1 in 4 UK children leave primary school unable to swim 25m - with rates even worse in under-privileged and ethnically diverse communities.

We partnered Speedo and BSA, spotlighted stories from the community and lobbied government to tackle aquatic inequality. Most importantly, we drove awareness and created opportunities for more kids from all backgrounds to swim safely.

IMPACT

• Mass national news coverage

• London pilot taught 1.25k children water safety & 25m in 2 wks.

• 25m attainment rose from 18% to 58% in 3 weeks

• 9 in 10 children could demonstrate safe self-rescue skills following the programme.
